Chris
Chris King, from Houston, Texas, has a mission of changing the world by helping others transform theirs. Over the years, Chris has used his many talents to fulfill a number of roles. Pastor, author, business leader, and coach are just a few roles Chris has held. Not to mention his most important roles of loving husband and father.
In 1999, Chris graduated from Drake University (Des Moines, Iowa) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. It was at Drake University where Chris developed his love for speaking and empowering audiences, giving his first speech on the topic of diversity to address racial tensions on campus. While at Drake, Chris facilitated several workshops and participated in research on the various motivation techniques of students and adults. It was this research and training that would later spawn the creation of his Egami™ series of empowerment workshops, books, and curriculum.
It was also during his time at Drake (1997) that he began serving God in various forms of ministry as he began to understand the purpose that God had for his life. Chris has since undergone rigorous training in the Kingdom of God, has become a certified Master Christian Life Coach, has authored books and articles while leading others to a greater understanding of their purpose and seeing transformation in their lives. In 2015, Chris graduated with a Masters degree in Practical Theology from Regent University. Led by the Spirit of God, Pastor Chris planted North Bridge Church in Frisco, TX.
With many years of business experience at companies such as IBM, Microsoft, and Salesforce, Chris has gained great understanding in helping organizations grow through business and digital transformation. This led Chris to start Embrace Consulting Group to help small business owners experience big business growth. Chris has since served on several boards and held a number of leadership positions.
